Frequently Asked Questions Do your products have hidden seems? 1) Be a registered customer with Sugar Glider Supply. 2) Be an established business and provide proof of such. Just saying you are a business is not validation. One must have an internet site and/or physical store, a valid USDA license and state tax I.D numbers. 3) The first order must be at least $150.00. All future order must be at least $75.00 or more to continue to qualify for the program. Any order not meeting the order minimal are subject to cancelation. If approved we will set you up in a program that fit's the type of business you are. This program is to meet the demands of our businesses, breeders and rescuers. (Breeders, rescuers and low volume store owners typically receive a %10 discount. Customers who order in large volumes, or consistently over $150.00 in merchandise at one time usually receive a %15 discount). Discounts range from %10 -%15. Once approved just sign into your account before you shop from our store. The discount prices will be reflected just by signing into your account. There is no need to enter a promotional code.The store will adjust the price automatically for our approved members. It's our way of rewarding our qualified customers. What is your Loyalty Rewards Program. How does that work? Loyalty Rewards Program Qualifications- This is a free program to our customers who qualify. On the 1st of every month or shortly thereafter we will have a promotional code for qualified store members. The discount code is only available to customers who meet the qualifications below. The discount can be applied on the customers next order. Each code will expire the end of every month with a new code being activated around the first of every month. This code is non transferable, and limited to once per month household. This code will either be on your order confirmation invoice or sent to you in a separate email. To qualify a customer must meet these qualifications: 1) The customer must be registered with our store. 2) The customer must have placed a one time order of at least $50.00 or more for that month 3) Placed their order of $50.00 or more via credit card. Please keep in mind each customer must apply the code on their own during checkout. Failure to enter the code during checkout, or use of paypal express forfeits the discount for that purchase. I will not refund your purchase or adjust your invoice because you forgot to enter your own code during checkout. Failure to meet these basic terms could result in termination of the program. I reserve the right to cancel, change or terminate a customer from the program at any time for any reason. This is our way of thanking our selected customers by rewarding them for their purchases.
